1. General Terms

Bling Teez with Me ("we," "us," or "our"), located at 17200 East 10 Mile Rd, Suite 108 Eastpointe, MI 48201, provides T-shirt customization services and hosting of bling T-shirt parties subject to the following terms and conditions.

2. Booking and Registration

2.1. All participants must register in advance for both open studio sessions and private parties.
2.2. Payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot.
2.3. Private party deposits are non-refundable:

• $50 for bookings made 7+ days in advance

• $150 for bookings made less than 7 days in advance

• Please contact studio directly for bookings less than 7 days in advance to confirm availability

• Deposits can be applied to party cost or refunded after check-in with accurate guest count

3. Service Provisions

3.1. Materials and Equipment

• Black unisex T-shirts are provided and are the only option available

• All necessary rhinestones and design materials are included

• Professional heat press application is included

3.2. Time Allocation

• Sessions run 2-3 hours

• Participants should arrive 30 minutes before scheduled start time

• Sessions begin promptly at scheduled time

4. Party Guidelines

4.1. Private Parties

• Minimum 8 guests, maximum 20 guests

• 3-hour duration

• $45 per person

• Light refreshments allowed (guests must provide own serving items)

• No alcohol permitted

4.2. Custom Designs

• Special request images must be submitted 14 days prior to event

• No exceptions to the 14-day requirement

• Sizes above 4X require direct studio consultation

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1. Individual Sessions

• 72+ hours notice: Full refund minus $5 processing fee

• 24-72 hours notice: Store credit only

• Less than 24 hours notice: 50% store credit

• No-shows: No refund or credit

• No Refunds on Special Event Nights

5.2. Private Parties

• Separate cancellation policies apply

• Deposits are non-refundable

• Contact studio directly for specific terms

6. Liability

6.1. Bling Teez with Me is not responsible for:

• Personal belongings left at the studio

• Accidents or injuries resulting from improper use of equipment

• Quality issues resulting from failure to follow staff instructions

7. Modifications

7.1. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
7.2. Updated terms will be posted at our location and on our website.
